My vocal journey began with sensitivity and intensity.

I could feel emotions, visions, sensations, and currents of energy that seemed to come from somewhere deeper than my conscious mind.

At times, it felt as though there were a channel within me opening to something vast and mysterious. The experience was visceral, inexplicable, and sometimes even frightening.

Singing became a natural way to explore, understand, and give form to what I was experiencing.

At first, I sang purely by intuition, without much skill or understanding of what I was doing. But the longing to express what I felt was so powerful that I eventually devoted my life to study, practice, and the discipline of mastering my instrument.

I studied voice, musicianship, and technique for years. That foundation gave me discipline, range, precision, and a deep respect for the instrument.

I found myself drawn toward ancestral song, global vocal traditions, improvisation, embodiment, deep listening, and the places where sound becomes more than something I perform.

The voice became my ceremony. My chosen way of experiencing and mapping the universe.

The deeper I listened, the more I understood that everything is vibration and we are resonant beings. Through the voice, I found ways to heal myself, reconnect with parts of myself I had forgotten, and enter realms of understanding, wisdom, and power I could never have imagined.

My voice became a portal into expanded consciousness, into states of trance, healing, deep coherence, harmony, and ecstasy.

I discovered sounds I had never been taught to make. Colors, textures, and expressions that opened something ancient and deeply alive within me.

And somehow, that exploration carried me farther than I could once have imagined.

From Berklee College of Music to intimate healing and ceremonial spaces to recording for film, television, and game soundtracks, Disney and Marvel franchises, touring with symphony orchestras, and performing on stages in arenas and stadiums before audiences of tens of thousands around the world.

It's extraordinary to channel that much energy, responsibility, and attention at once. Over time, my voice has been heard more than 100 million times. It was even transformed into a popular sample library, allowing people all over the world to bring my voice into their music.

On one level, these were dreams coming true. But what moved me even more were the people whose lives I touched along the way.

I heard from people living through war who told me the music helped them hope, from people who had survived profound experiences, and from listeners across the world who said the music had reached somewhere in them that words could not.

Again and again, I witnessed the extraordinary power of the voice to move, awaken, soothe, strengthen, and reconnect us to something deeper within ourselves and each other.

And through witnessing that, my understanding of impact began to change.

I began to see that the deepest measure of a life was not how far I could go with my voice, but what it could serve. I wish for my work to contribute, however imperfectly, to greater peace, compassion, harmony, and awakening in the world. To embody as much of the bodhisattva spirit of service as I can in this lifetime, and to help bring more transmissions of truth and beauty into a world that deeply needs them.

The way of the voice was asking more of me.

More and more people began coming to me wanting to learn, not simply how to sing, but how to access more depth, freedom, aliveness, and possibility through their own voices.

What began as an invitation gradually revealed itself as one of the highest expressions of my service.

I started by giving masterclasses and working one-on-one. Over years of guiding others, studying healing and wisdom traditions, and working at some of the highest levels of the music industry, my own way of working with the voice began to emerge.

Some of what I share was taught to me. Some of it revealed itself through my own lived relationship with the voice.

Through craft, ancestry, healing work, and years of contemplation, inquiry, study, and deep listening, I began to discover practices I had never been taught: vocal activations and initiations, ways of working with energy and resonance, shamanic approaches to sound, and ways of guiding the voice that arose directly through the work itself.

Over time, these discoveries began to form the Bold Voice Method, weaving vocal mastery and musicianship with global vocal traditions, somatic awareness, mindfulness, modern voice science, intuition, and ancestral ways of working with sound.

Inside ESSENCIA, I’m here to listen closely with you. To support your journey with integrity and care. To transmit what I have received from my own teachers, alongside what has been revealed through years of devotion to this path. And to help you develop the capacity to carry more of your soul’s expression through your voice.
